This Privacy Policy explains how 4hash Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the OrdoCode website at ordocode.ai.
Information we collect
The website does not provide user accounts. It links to a beta application hosted by Typeform. If you choose to submit the application, we collect the information you provide, including your name, contact details, role, product interests, and any information entered in the “Other” fields.
Our hosting infrastructure may automatically process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Google Analytics
If you select “Accept” in the analytics preferences banner, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the website is used. Retention
We retain beta applications and communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to review applications, respond, manage beta participation, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security settings of our hosting provider. Analytics information is retained according to the settings configured in our Google Analytics property and Google’s applicable policies.
