When you apply for the beta or contact us, we collect the details you submit:

• Name and email address
• Company or project name
• The description of your intended smart contract and the properties that matter to you
• Whether you have existing requirements or code, and your desired timeline

If you select “Accept” in the analytics banner, we also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand usage.

How we use it

We use the information you provide only to evaluate your beta application, contact you about it, and run the beta programme. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share personal data with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, and analytics listed above — under agreements that limit them to processing on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@4hash.ai. We retain application data for as long as reasonably necessary to review applications, respond, manage beta participation, and meet our legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
